If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Within this periode, 14 calendar days past purchase date, your item can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Some products are eligible for exchange, when others are not.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or have no visible of wear or use, with tags still on, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Non eligible products
Certains products are “final sale” (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable): underwear, fine lingerie.
Proof of purchase
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
You can contact us through our email address to explain your case or chat with us on our web page so we could help you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refund
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain 5-7 work days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
